How The Democratic Party Is Like The Republican Party

by Ron Corvus

1. Both parties want to keep a U.S. troop presence in the Middle East.

2. Both parties believe terrorists attacked us on 9/11 because they hate our freedoms and lifestyle.

3. Both parties support terrorist nation Israel and Israel's forty-year long illegal occupation of Palestine.

4. Both parties believe they have the right to hunt down and kill Muslims and Arabs who disagree with U.S. foreign policy.

5. Both parties believe they have a right to militarily occupy sovereign nations to "protect America."

6. Both parties do not want the American people to find out why terrorists target America for terrorist attacks.

7. Both parties do not respect the American rule of law and our constitution.

8. Both parties want to impose their choice of government upon foreigners who do not WANT their form of government.

9. Both parties believe the solution to terrorism against America is to kill more terrorists.

10. Both parties believe they can bomb, shoot and militarily occupy their way to "Homeland Security."

11. Both parties lie to the American people all day, every day, 24/7/365.

I'm fed up with the Democratic Party.  I'm pissed at the Democratic Party for abandoning Democratic principles in favor of a fascist state hellbent on destroying Israel's enemies - for cash, contracts and someone else's oil and gas. I'm fed up with so-called Democratic websites banning folks who post messages explaining the truth about the Middle East and these pro-war Democratic candidates. I was on a Democratic website (Democratic Underground) and I was banned for taking the position that we shouldn't have a military presence in the Middle East - the bloggers who argued with me were Edwards supporters, who argued Edwards is right - we must keep a military presence in the Middle East. Obama and Clinton supporters argue the same, exact thing: those voters and their candidates believe they must maintain some kind of U.S. military presence in the Middle East: including, but not limited to:

Hillary, Obama and Edwards all promise to keep U.S. military forces in Muslim and Arab nations to kill at will - who do they want to kill? Anyone they deem and call: "al Qaeda." The western term "al Qaeda" is used by the U.S. government and these pro-war politicians to describe anyone opposing U.S. foreign policy. Hillary, Obama and Edwards believe they have the right to tell foreigners on foreign land what to do and how to do it. Hillary, Obama and Edwards all believe in the neocon ideology that if we don't fight them over there, we'll have to fight them over here. This is the worst kind of fear-mongering and political tactics designed to marshall support for further U.S.-Israeli military interventions, military occupations and control. The Israelis inside the Bush administration have successfully made Israel's problems, America's problems. This is why thousands of Israelis cheered in Israel on 9/11, when those Israelis watched the Twin Towers burn - then they knew America would help Israel destroy Israel's enemies. For years, Israelis were jealous of America's freedom - freedom from terrorist attacks. 9/11 was the answer to Israeli prayers.

If Hillary, Obama and Edwards were corporations, they would be sued and fined for false advertising. They all promise to withdraw America from Iraq - they're lying. The proof is in their own words. Go read their websites; go watch their videos; go ask them; they will all tell you that the U.S. must keep "limited" U.S. forces in the Middle East. And what about the huge problem of the private security force called "Blackwater?" There are over 150,000 Blackwater army men in Iraq - Hillary, Obama and Edwards won't touch that issue with a ten-foot pole - just try. Americans need to realze, those U.S. security forces are there in Iraq to keep Iraqis from killing U.S. contractors - because if the security forces are withdrawn, then so goes the contractors, and POOF! no more big contracts for the professional war profiteers.

A vote for Hillary, Obama or Edwards is a vote to keep U.S. military forces in Iraq and the Middle East.
A vote for Hillary, Obama or Edwards is a vote to keep sending billions of our tax dollars to Israel.
A vote for Hillary, Obama or Edwards is a vote to keep caskets at Dover Air Force Base.
A vote for Hillary, Obama or Edwards is a vote to keep disregarding our U.S. laws and constitution proscribing such unlawful conduct on the part of elected officials.
A vote for Hillary, Obama or Edwards is a vote against America and what America is supposed to stand for.
